Welcome. Since we opened Middlebury Market & Samas Cafe in 2006, I have been getting up early & staying late trying to create an environment that is appealing to everyone. As you walk into our café, I want your sense of smell & sight to be stimulated. I want you to have fun, enjoy a meal with friends, or just relax with a beverage next to our crackling fire.
